My Story
From surviving to embodying.
I know what it’s like to feel trapped in your mind.
To be stuck in thoughts you don’t want and can’t seem to control. To feel disconnected from my body.
I’ve lived with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) myself.
For years, I tried to "get rid of it."
I searched for safety through control, through thinking, avoiding, over-performing, numbing, sleeping, escaping..
But what I’ve learned and more importantly, what I’ve felt is this:
True freedom doesn’t come from the outside.
It comes from within.
Not by fighting yourself but by softening.
By involving the body.
By espressing my feelings instead of numbing it away
By getting to know my energy.
By learning how to feel again in a safe way.
I found my way back to myself through the holistic path.
With a professional background in mental health care, autism and addiction care I’ve witnessed many people struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression and emotional chaos.
I’ve seen systems. Labels. Medication, and so much more that wasn't helpfull in many ways.
And I felt… there has to be another way!
Something softer. More real.
Something that embraces all layers of a human being,
body, mind, soul, energy, and environment.
It became my mission to work right there.
In the space between the visible and the unseen.
Between science and intuition.
Between holding space and deeply touching the human experience.
Healing doesn’t happen in treatment rooms, endless talking, or overanalyzing the past.
It doesn’t live in fixed goals or structured care plans.
True healing happens in connection.
In presence.
In softness.
In the moments where you’re allowed to simply be.
I’ve walked my own healing path. One that moved through many layers.
It wasn’t linear.
It came with falling and rising, again and again.
But every step brought me closer to myself.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a space where you can land.
Where you can slow down, feel again, and return to your body without needing to fix anything.
Because I know how it feels to lose yourself completely.
But I also know the quiet, sacred power of finding yourself again.
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming home, layer by layer, in softness, in wholeness, and in deep presence.
I'm not here to save you but I will be a mirror when needed,
and sometimes just someone who sits beside you when you don’t know what to do anymore.
With love,
Chelsea
