Awakening & Integration program is a deepening journey for those who know their awakening is real, yet notice that it isn’t always light or easy. For those who are seeking grounding, safety and embodiment. 

It is also here to offer recognition and reassurance: you are not going crazy.

In this journey, we don’t work toward perfection or quick fixes, but toward balance. You learn to understand what is happening within you, how your nervous system responds to deep inner change, and how to carry your insights into everyday life. And you get coaching from somebody that already been trough this intense proces. 

For six weeks, I guide you through online coaching sessions, attuned to your process and your pace. Not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you learn to land.

Who is this journey for?
This journey is for those experiencing a spiritual awakening and noticing its impact on their body, emotions, relationships or daily functioning. You don’t need to be “far along,” but you do need a willingness to look honestly and feel what is present.

How are the sessions structured?
The journey consists of six online coaching sessions, one per week, each lasting sixty minutes. In each session, we work with the themes that are alive in your process at that moment. There is space for understanding, reflection and regulating what is moving within you. Whatsapp support in between is included. 

What are the 6 P’s and when are they used?
The 6 P’s are an optional integrative framework we can use when you feel stuck in a pattern, belief or inner conflict. They help bring clarity to what is holding you and what is needed to restore movement and integration. This is all about self reflection on the deepest layers.

Do I need to heal everything in this journey?
No. This journey is not about endlessly digging or fixing yourself. Integration also means learning to live, to experience joy and to allow space for your inner child. Sometimes presence is enough.

The investment for the Awakening & Integration journey is €550.
